Every effort is been put into getting them back online or data retrieved and moved to a new server. At current we have no ETA on the downtime on the affected nodes. Over the last couple of weeks we have slowly been migrating customers back over from Virtualizor to SolusVM. With this, new user accounts are created and emails are sent on a node by node basis. While this occurs, Access via Virtualizor will be restricted, or disabled compltely depending on what the status is with the migration back over. As such, if you are greeted with a "Connection Error" when viewing from within the Billing Panel, please login directly to the associated control...
Over the last few days we have been moving all our control panels to a new server. Currently, WHMCS has been moved over to the new server successfully.
Any issues with WHMCS, Please contact support! ---- Over the last few hours both this control panel and one of our nodes have been under heavy attack. This was due to a customer's product details page not loading correctly. Currently the attack has died down to be able to resume normal operation, but is still mildly present.
